Terms

I try to show my products as accurately as possible. Please check the measurements before ordering. Colors may look different on your screen or in photos. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact me—I'm happy to help.

Shipping costs

I ship my products within 1-2 working days, and I use local post services, that proved the most reliable for me. The costs for shipping depand on the country of destination. The following rates apply: 

Netherlands: 8 eur per shipping

Other EU countries: 9 eur per shipping

UK and Norway: 13 eur per shipping

US: 22 eur (23.6 usd) per shipping

Delivery

If you order multiple items, I will pack them together if possible to save on shipping costs. I will refund any extra shipping charges. Your order's safe arrival is my priority. All items are shipped with tracking.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the package from a local depot. If the package is returned to me because of this, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Customs, Duty & VAT

International orders may have customs and duties fees set by your country. These fees are not included in my prices or shipping costs and are your responsibility. These fees vary by country and depend on the order's value and type of items.

Please check your country's customs and duties policies before ordering. These fees are non-refundable, even if you return the order to me. You must pay these fees before delivery. If you refuse to pay and the order is returned to me, I will refund the item cost minus any shipping and customs fees.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. If an item arrives damaged, send me a photo of the damage within seven days, and I will refund you.

To return an item, email me at shop@pikoceramics.com with your order number and reason for the return. I will give you instructions on how to send it back.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. I may refuse returns that don't meet these conditions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I get the returned item, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.

Issues

If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address or it wasn't picked up from the post office in time, you will need to pay for shipping again to resend it, unless the mistake was mine. If you prefer a refund, it will be for the order value minus shipping costs.
